Acceptable Use Policy

This policy protects customers, recipients, dealerships, and the SolaceTrade platform from misuse.

Effective: July 21, 2026

Prohibited activity

  • Illegal, deceptive, fraudulent, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or harmful activity.
  • Unsolicited bulk messaging, purchased lists, spoofing, phishing, or communications without legally sufficient consent.
  • Ignoring STOP, unsubscribe, suppression, consent, quiet-hour, or frequency requirements.
  • Malware, credential theft, security testing without permission, unauthorized access, or interference with service operation.
  • Uploading content you lack authority to use or exposing sensitive information unnecessarily.
  • Reverse engineering, reselling, scraping, or bypassing usage, tenant, or security boundaries except where expressly authorized.

Responsible AI and automation

Users must maintain meaningful human oversight for consequential decisions, verify material outputs, preserve appropriate records, and not represent generated content as independently verified fact. The platform may not be used as the sole decision-maker where law, contract, professional standards, or basic fairness require human judgment.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and restrict, suspend, or terminate access; preserve or disclose information where legally permitted; and cooperate with affected providers or authorities. We will consider severity, intent, recurrence, risk, and remediation.

Report suspected abuse to abuse@solacetrade.ai.

These public policies describe SolaceTrade's current practices. They do not replace agreements separately executed with a subscribing dealership or enterprise customer.
